1.)The styles that are appropriate to address Prof. Santoy will be more formal and business like as apposed to a "peer to peer" or casual which would be used for TSTC students.
2.)Blogs are more of a formal or business-information form, were as micro blogs such as twitter are more playful and non-educational.
3.)Genres like memos are very easy to write and get the point that you are trying to convey across.
